How I Prepare for the Stage

Preparing for a live show is a whole experience in itself. It’s part excitement, part nerves, and a whole lot of love for the music. ✨
Getting ready isn’t just about rehearsals — it’s a full production behind the scenes, too. 🎶 In the days leading up, I’m deep in preparation mode: running through songs, tightening up transitions, and connecting with the band to lock in the energy we want to bring.
But that’s just one part of it. I’m also coordinating technical details — working with the sound engineer to make sure the setup fits our needs, confirming stage plots, checking mic setups, and making sure the venue can support the vision we have for the night. Every small detail matters to make the experience feel as good as it sounds.
Beyond the logistics, I’m making time to take care of myself — vocal warm-ups, rest, and those little grounding rituals that keep me centered. 🧘🏽♀️

When it’s finally showtime, it’s not just about stepping on stage — it’s about creating a whole moment. Sharing the music, the stories, the spirit of it all.
Can’t wait to share it with you soon, beautiful people. 🎤💛
